Highly contagious childhood disease. Can often lead to bronchitis, pneumonia, ear infections and other bacterial infections if not treated. Early symptoms are similar to a cold (runny nose, sore throat, enlarged glands). Then the telling symptom of spots appear - small red ones with white spots in the centre - usually these start in or near the mouth.

Add Chamomile and/or Lavender to Calamine lotion (5 drops per 10mls). Vaporise frequently. Use Clean Air Spray in rooms, on hands, on toys, etc.. to help reduce spread and duration. Use Lavender & Chamomile Massage Oil in the bath. Use Calendula oil if the spots get scratched and inflammed.
