Night Time Facial Oil

Ingredients:
Half cup Almond Oil
3 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Water
3-4 drops Lavender (or other essential oils to suit your skin type - see acne, dry skin in the "ailments" section)

Application:
Mix the almond oil with the apple cider vinegar. Add the water slowly mixing all the time, until a smooth texture forms (a bit like salad dressing). Add the essential oil(s). Shake each night before use. You can also add some Rosehip Seed Oil for extra moisturising and cell replenishing)
A low cost very effective night cream. We all know apple cider vinegar is good for us. Try it on your skin - you will love it once you are used to the slightly strange feeling and smell!

Almond Oil

Acne

Uses:
To help reduce acne.
