To apply simply rub onto your pulse points (e.g. behind ear, lower neck, inside the elbow, wrists, between breasts and behind knees).

Note: The aroma from natural essential oils is not as strong as chemical fragrance perfumes so you may need to apply our Solid Perfume Sticks more frequently - hence our handy tube applicator.
